She supervises cultural experience programs centered on the tea ceremony and incense ceremony at Hakone Suishoen and luxury hotels in Nikko and Kyoto.

We interpret the context and history of the land and design a story unique to that place. We provide comprehensive direction, including tool selection, furnishings, and staff training.

I oversaw tea ceremony experiences in the tea rooms designated as important intangible cultural properties at World Heritage temples, as well as private evening events.

Luxury hotel opening manager and proprietress.
Supported the opening of a luxury hotel in Ohara, Kyoto, that accepts only one group of guests per day. This included organizational development, etiquette training, interior floral arrangements, and tea ceremony management.
